*Glocalist annually evaluates the impact of local pricing for software products and online services to ensure reasonable consistency across regions.
Changes in the JPY price are made based on an adjustment to the prevailing price in the exchange rate with USD, taking into account the evaluation and the exchange rate fluctuations of the JPY.
The change will be announced anually in October. The new prices will apply to customers renewing or signing new contracts in January of the following year or later.
Partners will continue to determine the final price and sales currency for indirect sales of Glocalist products and services.

Q. Does it support multiple languages?
English and Japanese are supported, The Publications feature also provides local language options to read.
Q. Can I change the plan after trial ends?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time after signing the contract. However, as a general regulation, you will be required to stay on the same plan for one year after the change.
Q. Will I be notified before my free trial ends?
Yes. You will receive an email notification regarding our paid plans for you to consider and proceed with registration. Payment will not be automatically initiated.
Q. Can I replace my ID?
Yes, you can change your ID at any time. IDs assigned at the time of contracting can be freely replaced as needed, such as by replacing the person in charge.
